Every Advethr trip includes accommodations and a detailed itinerary specific to your adventure. Some meals, transportation, and activities are often included as well, but this varies from trip to trip. If you’ve selected a ‘guided adventure’, an English-speaking local guide is also included. You may select to have airfare paid for tour organiser, as well as having an Advethr team member join your tour to help manage the guests
On a guided adventure, you’ll have a designated trip leader who will guide your group throughout the trip. For a self-guided adventure, you are provided all the information on which direction you need to go daily. Luggage transfer is often included in self-guided trips and is moved from one accommodation to the next each day for you.

You set the pricing of your trip meaning your potential to earn is entirely up to you. If you’d like your own trip and airfare to be covered, you can set your tour price accordingly.
No, we don’t require any type of payment upfront from trip organizers.
This depends on the type of trip you select. Your main role is to enjoy the adventure of a lifetime alongside your guests, but how involved you are in the day-to-day running of the tour can vary from trip to trip and can also be tailored to suit your needs.
However, you’d like! Use your influence and presence online, on social media or in person to get your guests excited about your adventure! When you select a trip, we’ll share the abbreviated itinerary with you which you can also use to market your trip.
When planning your perfect group adventure, you don’t want to feel rushed! It’s a good idea to start planning your trip at least 6 months in advance to allow you plenty of time to get the word out and get others excited and onboard.
An Advethr specialist will work with you to confirm your itinerary in the initial stages of contact. Once that’s set – we’ll confirm your trip with a local tour operator.
Advethr handles all guest’s payments, so no need to worry about that! Each guest will be sent a secure electronic invoice to make their deposit and the final balance payment directly to Advethr.
If you choose to build in a payment for you as a tour organizer, you will be paid 30 days after the conclusion of the trip. If you have organized and completed multiple trips, you can choose to get paid 50% once all guests have paid their full amount (typically 30 days before the trip starts), and 50% after the trip.
All trips are fully cancellable up to 61 days prior to departure. If you cancel 60 days or less then the cancellation policy varies, depending on the local tour operator that is running your tour. We’ll make sure you’re up to speed on the specific cancellation for your tour in the trip planning phase.
